Great interface, works great during the game. Could be better with 2x size vector graphics and better access to the menu options, which are not that easy to get into during a game. 4/5
I love this app - the best Sudoku by far that Ive tried. I love the functionality, and I love the new digital numbers. Very easy to use. Thanks!
New layout is good. Its more convenient. I would suggest to make number buttons as a toggle button: one press-its on, another one-its off. It will let enter same pencil mark in multiple cells.
Still playing at least an hour a day for over a year running.
New keyboard is great. Pressing #6 brings up other functions often. Could really use a function to distinguish in color when two squares have to be each 50% one number.
Love the new board layout. Took a while (maybe 20 minutes) to get used to it, but wouldnt go back!
Some bad moments
Just got paid version because suddenly Ap Store ads began opening repeatedly. Now I cannot save settings. It reverts to default every time. Very frustrating, as I just spent money anticipating a better game and its awful.
I love this game but now locks up, freezes and slows down my Apple device. Please we need an update!! I would love to give you a five stare rating again but need the app fixed first.
When you are in pop up mode, you cant get all of the functionality of button mode. When you are in button mode, the Menu and Back buttons vanish; the only way to change settings in mid-game is to kill the app and restart it. There are no complete instructions and some things are not intuitively obvious like holding your finger down extra long causes different behavior than just tapping. Easy Mode is NOT always easy. On one game, I could only put in 2 digits before there were no boxes left that had only one choice. I had to guess and go 12 more steps before realizing that that earlier guess was wrong. This was hard to solve even with the pencil auto-fill on. I finally had to turn on Flag Incorrect. There are many features you could add to make things easier to correct when you realize you made a mistake.
After every game I get a popup to rate this game. HERES YOUR 1 STAR JERK BAGS.
After a good number of plays I realize that games keep repeating. Looks like each level has a very limited number of games. Its too bad that I didnt realize the situation before paying for the purchase upgrade! I want my money back!
